Filling in the Order Form and Photos with Extras Order Form

Main order form - In the example below, the first section shows how to list the Photo with Extras (as filled out in the further example below). The second section shows a regular photo order with the addition of text, thus the $5 price (text - $2 + photo - $3). In this case PayPal was not used, thus the $2 charge is not applicable.

Photos with Extras Examples

Note - Photo A, Photo B, Photo C etc as in the examples below will not necessarily be placed in the order listed; I will place them in a way that best enhances the image based upon the particular choices made (unless you have a specific request).

Style: Multiple Photos + Text Vertival (MPTV)

Style: Multiple Photos + Text Horizontal (MPTH) - In this case there would be no need to list a Main Photo on the order form, as the three photos are the same size. As there are several 'sections' of text, I have assigned each section to a Line. To break each section of text over two lines, use a forward slash, eg. at Line 1: Georgie Girl / CD ADM etc. If however you want the text set out differently from the example above, you can use the back of the order form to show exactly what you want.

Style: Multiple Photos (MP) - the Main Photo forms the background.
