Using the order form

There is a filled out example of both the regular order form and Photos with Extras order form at the bottom of this page.

The current order form has been colour-coded simply to make it easier to fill in on your screen – once you have completed the form and want to print it, the colours can easily be removed as follows:

Highlight the tables where you wish to remove colour then right click on the highlighted tables. Then go to Shading or Borders and Shading and select white as the Fill colour and Cells as the Apply To.

Fill in your details (you can either print the form off and write them in, or type them directly into the tables) and post the form, along with your cheque or money order, to:

Please do not send cash through the mail. I will accept cash payments if you wish to hand them to me in person.  You can e-mail me the completed order form, but photos will not be printed until payment is received in full.

If paying via PayPal you can e-mail me the completed order form and I will e-mail you an invoice for your order, at which point you may double check it before proceeding to payment.

When completing the order form, please be sure to use the exact file name displayed in the information under the image at the website, eg. adcsa-gamb28-04-070001, DO NOT put ‘1/200 ADCSA’

When adding text, please write EXACTLY what you want to appear on the photo and how you want it set out  -

eg. 1)  Ch. Cheyandor Nelson ADM JDM        or   2)    Australian Champion

(If you need more room, use the back of the order form noting which photo each refers to.)

Unless you have specifically requested an area for the text, I will make the decision based on where I think it will fit in best with the particular photo (usually centered at top or bottom).

Additional Instructions is where you can make notes if you want cropping, or text in a particular area etc

Photos With Extras

You may need to refer to the Examples and Order Info pages at the website to fill in this form correctly.

-          ‘Style’ of the photo is noted on the Gallery page.

-          The photos marked A through D refer to any smaller additional photos – you can choose to add from one to four and I will position them in the way I believe best enhances the particular choices (unless you have a specific request).

-          Main Photo is the largest or background photo. (If the style you choose only has one photo, this will be the Main Photo.)

-          If the photos are all the same size, you can simply ignore the Main Photo line and go straight to Photo A, B etc

-          Photos can be presented with either a sharp or blurred border. This can be noted in the ‘Additional Instructions’. If this is not noted, the default will be sharp (examples on the Orders page).

-          Text should be filled in as you wish it to appear on the photo i.e. in the examples above, for 1) you would add Ch. Cheyandor Nelson ADM JDM all at ‘Line 1’ whereas for 2) you would add Australian Champion at ‘Line 1’, Cheyandor Nelson at ‘Line 2’ etc.

-          Text can be whatever you like eg. Referring to the examples, rather than ‘Para District Obedience Dog Club’ you may wish to have ‘First leg of JDX!’ or ‘The Sheltie that beat the Border Collies’ etc

-          You do not need to fill in the Photos with Extras order form to convert photos to black and white – simply use the regular order form and put ‘B&W’ in the Style box.

-          If you would like to look at the final product and approve it before printing, please write this on the order form and I can e-mail a proof to you.

Any Photos with Extras will also need to be added to the original order form to add up the total order. Use the reference in the red box at the top left of each section on the Photos with Extras page, eg. For the first print ordered, you would put ‘Extras 1’ in the Filename/Extras Reference box on the original order form. If you wish to order more than four Photos with Extras, you can alter the numbers on the form accordingly (as long as each print ordered has a unique number). You do not need to add your required text to the original order form if it has already been recorded on the Photos with Extras order form.

Delivery

Prints can either be posted out or collected at trials. Please contact me if you wish to collect photos at a trial, so I can organise to meet you there.

Postage will apply according to the largest print you have selected, e.g. if you have ordered an A4 and a 4x6, the total postage will simply be the A4 postage cost.
